Monthly Payroll Deposit Due Dates

If you pay your payroll taxes monthly, these are the upcoming due dates:

  • December payroll deposits are due by January 15, 2009
  • January 2009 payroll deposits are due by February 16, 2009
  • February 2009 payroll deposits are due by March 16, 2009
  • March 2009 payroll deposits are due by April 15, 2009
Monthly Sales Tax Due Dates

These are the due dates for monthly sales tax filers:

  • November 2008 sales tax returns are due by December 22, 2009
  • December 2008 sales tax returns are due by February 2, 2009
  • January 2009 sales tax returns are due by February 20, 2009
  • February 2009 sales tax returns are due by March 20, 2009
  • March 2009 sales tax returns are due by April 30, 2009


Other upcoming Dates

  • All accounting fees are billed on the 15th of each month and are due by the 1st of the following month
  • 4th quarter payroll taxes are due by February 2, 2009
  • Corporate Tax Returns are due by March 16, 2009
  • Personal & Partnership Tax Returns are due by April 15, 2009

Other Items To Look For:

  • Please forward all tax coupon booklets to us with your accounting.
  • Make sure all of your liquor licenses are renewed (city, county and state)
